Was born in 1968 and started growing Bonsai in 1988. He opened the Bonsai Sumiko shop were he gives workshops and demonstrations.
He studied in Japan with Tooru Suzinki in Osaka for three months in 2000 and with Shinji Suzuki for two months in 2005.
The same year Cestmir studied calligraphy with Masaharu Ogawa.

In Europe he studied at the Nippon Bonsai Sakka Kyookai Europe in Brixton with Otmar Auer of Italy
