Massimo Bandera is an agrarian expert. He lives and works in the Alps in Italy. He was born in 1967, and has been practicing bonsai for 30 years. In 2000 he founded his school headquartered in Italy and Spain. 
 
From 1993 he has had relationships with his teacher Masahiko Kimura and in May 2007 he made visit to his school. In 1997 some of his bonsai were published in the magazine Kinbon. The bonsai of Massimo have been published in articles in the principal magazines of the world and they have received international prizes. In 1994 and 1997 he was demonstrator in the European congress EBA. 
 
 Since 1993 he has written articles for the magazine of BCI, and has been on the International Teachers Register for the same association since 2000. In 1999 he visited the bonsai collection of the Emperor of Japan. From 1992 he has been responsible alderman of the Museum Bonsai of Marbella that is the centre of the Spanish section of his school, and executive cadres of the Fuji Sato Company that it is the centre of the Italian section of his school.
 
 In May 2007, he organized the Fuji Yohaku, meeting international Italy-Spain with the teacher Masahiko Kimura.
 
Massimo deals with Bonsai in aesthetics of avant-garde, his personal exposition is in December in Building Bricherasio in Turin, where 21 bonsai created in the last twenty years can be seen.
