Oscar Roncari Switzerland
Oscar Roncari, a Swiss and Italian national, living in the Swiss French region discovered the Bonsaï in 1989. The European Congress of Trevarez in 2002 was his first participation as a demonstrator and it was followed by numerous participations in various demonstrations in Europe. As a Craftsman of the French School of Bonsaï, he is often invited to clubs or associations in Europe and in Canada to share his knowledge with others. He also writes articles on Bonsaï for magazines specialising in the domain. His work is based on the respect for the tree and its appropriate character. He privileges the research for the pure emotion, the history and the harmony of the tree before its modification to become a Bonsaï
