In 1996 he founded the Bonsai Creativo School, the first Italian School for the particular pedagogic-technical-cultural education of bonsai teachers. In 2006 he founded in Florence the academic section for the close study of the aesthetic culture and of the arts related to Bonsai School for Teachers officially acknowledged by the Italian Bonsai Association – UBI. In 2006, winner of the prestigious School of the Year Award. In 2000, winner of the EBA styling and bonsai design award. In 2001, winner of the Best Italian Bonsai – UBI award. Awarded in 1999 / 2000 / 2003 Runner Up 2004 of JAL WORLD BONSAI CONTEST - WBFF. 2005 award of the Vegetable Biology of La Sapienza University, Rome for his precious contribution to bonsai art spreading. 2006 winner of the Best international bonsai convention Crespi Award. In the first 1999 philatelic issue of the Republic of San Marino featuring Bonsai, a masterpiece of his collection was portrayed.. He published the book “Sentieri Bonsai” (Bonsai Paths) translated into three languages, with text, images and drawings under his own care. His dynamic and creative career leads him to give lecturers and to perform demonstrations and stages at national and foreign congresses.
