The Club Newsletter Competition wil resume in 2005! This competition is held to help our clubs to promote and produce exciting and informative newssletters.

Entries may be sent to the Managing Editor of Bonsai Magazine, who will forward these to judges for a selection in 2005. Contest will begin January 1, 2005 - Winners will be announced January 2006.

To participate, the newsletter must be published by a BCI Voting Member Club or Association, and only those published during the 2005 year will be considered.

Clubs should send:

• At least four copies of any one issue of their newsletter
• A clean copy of their club logo

And, provide the following information:

• Frequency of publication
• Editor's name
• Purposes of the newsletter
• Number of pieces mailed
• Equipment used to produce
• In-house or professional printer
• Brief history of the club and newsletter

The judges will look at the appearance, readability and content for its final winning selection.
