The Potomac Bonsai Association hosts the annual festival coinciding with World Bonsai Day (May 10) at the National Bonsai & Penjing Museum, U.S. National Arboretum. The 2025 highlight is the 400th anniversary of the Yamaki Pine — the famous Hiroshima survivor bonsai. Features PBA member exhibition, formal bonsai displays, vendors, beginner workshops, guest artist demos, book reading by Sandra Moore, and children's activities. May 9–11, 2025.
