About
I began my journey into the art of bonsai in 1988 and, through specific instruction in courses and workshops with Asian and Italian masters, I learned the first fundamentals of the art. A fortunate encounter with Master Giovanni Genotti, and his teachings over the following 10 years, led me to explore and experience the way of Bonsai in all its aspects, in a direct, deep, and total manner. In 2000, I began my collaboration with one of the most well-known and recognized Bonsai Centers in Italy. This experience allowed me to manage various aspects related to the art of Bonsai and nursery experience, but above all, it allowed me to work on hundreds of bonsai of different species. In 2005, I began my activity as an instructor, which over the years would bring me over 200 students. In 2009, I began my collaboration with Bonsai Clubs International (BCI), for which I would write numerous articles on various topics, offering readers a significant range of experiences and culture. This activity was recognized by BCI in 2020 with a Writer/Photographer Award. Over the years, I have held: lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and exhibitions across the national territory; in particular at Historic Residences, also on specific commission from important Families who have made and continue to make the history of our Country. In my Garden, you can admire Bonsai of Conifers and Broadleaf trees with which I have shared my life since 1988. Some of these Bonsai are known to the national and international public and appear in important books and magazines in the sector. My work focuses on trees of any species suitable for miniaturization, both Conifers and Broadleaf trees, using mixed working techniques suited to the specific type of essence. Every Bonsai has its own charm, its call to Nature and to the Environment in which it lives. It is precisely this aspect that has characterized and is a Pillar of all my activity.
