When you choose Google, Facebook, or Sign in with X to access BCI, BCI receives the provider identity needed to complete sign-in: provider name, provider user ID, email address, display name, and last sign-in time.
BCI does not retain provider access tokens or refresh tokens.
On a verified deletion request, BCI removes only the stored social-login identity data. Your BCI account and required payment records are not deleted by that request.
To disconnect a Google or X identity, or to request a broader BCI account action, contact BCI Support.
Facebook Login deletion requests are verified by BCI and remove the matching Facebook social-login identity record. See Social Login Data Deletion for the request scope.

Bonsai Clubs International has been formally notified by the host, the Malaysian Penjing Art Creation Society (MPACS), that the BCI 2026 International Convention in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — originally scheduled for 19–23 June 2026 — has been cancelled and postponed until further notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including the ongoing global fuel crisis and the withdrawal of anticipated funding and financial support.
This is a postponement, not a retreat from our shared commitment. Revised dates and arrangements will be announced through official BCI channels once conditions allow and preparations are confirmed. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.
