Houston Bonsai Society and the Lone Star Bonsai Federation are hosting the Texas State Convention, "East meets West," April 10-13, 2014. Held at the Marriott Houston Westchase, will feature guest artists, Arthur Joura, David DeGroot and Pedro Morales.

The 31st MidAtlantic Bonsai Societies' Spring Festival will be held April 25-27, 2014 at the Ramada Hotel in East Hanover, NJ. Featured bonsai artists are, Takashi Iura from Japan, Corin Tomlinson from the UK, and Suthin Sukosolvisit from the US.
