I applied raffia and tape to some of the medium-sized branches to build the lower part of the crown, and also wired and placed into position the rest of the foliage.
Michael and I were very pleased with the result. The juniper now showed more power and balance between the amazing deadwood and the shape of the crown.
About the Artist: Mauro Stemberger works as architect and bonsai artist. His fascination with bonsai started at the age of 14 and for the last seven years he has performed demonstrations and conducted workshops for bonsai clubs and associations in Mexico, USA, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Italy, Croatia, England, Austria, France, Portugal, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Venezuela, Argentina, and Brazil.
